in the center with hooks and eyes.

Side pleats are included for fullness in the skirt. It is fully lined with coordinating fabric. We make these in a variety of fabrics. Mostly made to order. Prices are set according to the fabrics used. Starting at $95.00 as a base price. Petticoats are sold separately.
